Welcome to my creations!
Here, I offer you my poetry, my writing, my sound healing and there is much more to come as I am always traveling further on, exploring, discovering new parts of myself.
I do not only bring sound and frequencies to people in sound baths or individual sessions but also to the earth, to special, sacred, ancient sites, to the trees and flowers, to the oceans or wherever I feel called.
Looking back, all the things I trained in reflect my values of beauty, wonder, truth, wisdom, love, curiosity, integrity, openness, awareness.
First I wanted to become a dancer, showing my deep longing for artistic expression. I believe healing, finding our way back to our soul and heart, deeply needs colors and creation, art and craft, our senses, our hands -that belong to our heart- touching and moving in joyful ways.
So it was important for me to stay connected to the wholeness of my body and heart besides my languages studies at university (French/Italian). I trained in Ayurvedic massage and the years I worked with that were a great joy. I trained in outdoor education and took teenagers on pilgrimages in France. And my Master degree in education also tied into my deep love for children, wanting them to live a new freedom and creative soul paths that are no longer stifled by any system. This led me ultimately to leave my job as a teacher and to dive into writing my poetry. I am now at learning my sixth language, Greek…
Finally I started to explore energy work where all those parts of me tie together and all the multitude of me finds expression. I found my magical Alchemy Crystal Bowls with their mesmerizing colors and high frequencies that take you into your depths together with my singing, my voice, and other beauty.
Since I was little I have been connected to an immense tenderness and love for nature, for the earth, this planet, to music and arts, to the mystery of labyrinths and of course I am a great water lover.

Apart from coming to my soundbaths for groups you can also book an individual sound healing session.
I will always bring my high frequency Alchemy Crystal bowls, also other instruments like rattle or drum, my voice and poetry, essential oils and other beauty that can support your unique process and moment of rest, clearing and recalibration.
The sound waves slow down and work with your brain waves and as our bodies contain much water, which has the same crystalline structure as quarz, the bowls affect each of our cells deeply.
Prices: €50 for 30 min or €100 for 60 min.
